Salted anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea in olive oil

Light on salt, an “al dente” texture and made exclusively with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. 

Salt-cured for just the right amount of time, we later thoroughly desalt, clean, hand-cut and pack our anchovies in virgin olive oil. 

White anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea

We only use anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. We marinate them in a perfect blend of vinegar and white wine.

Packed in olive oil with garlic and parsley, keeping the nuances of the fish intact, with an “al dente” texture and an unbeatable flavour.

Anisakis free product.

Octopus cooked in its juice

Delicious octopus cooked in its juice. The finest of raw ingredients and slow cooking result in this very tasty octopus. Once cooked, we separate the flesh from the juice so that it can be used to its full advantage.
Prepare it à la plancha, in the microwave or on the barbecue and use the juice to make rice, boil potatoes, etc. 

Rockfish terrine

Its flavour is delicious and its texture consistent, because we use only the finest ingredients in full respect of tradition. 

We prepare it as you would at home and cook it sous vide to guarantee that it maintains its natural flavour. 

Hake and prawn terrine

Subtle and refined, we’ve been making it since 1993 according to the recipe of our “amona” (grandmother) Ana Mari. 

Using only simple ingredients, our secret for a succulent result is gentle cooking that keeps the nuances of the fish and the seafood intact. 

White tuna and piquillo pepper terrine

The most colourful, tasty and eye-catching of our fish terrines. 

Its flavour is well-known and especially loved by children. It has the properties of white tuna and is both preservative and gluten free.  

Fish Soup

Tasty, packed with fish and vegetables and also containing a little bread. Made according to the traditional recipe of the north, as delicate as it is mouth-watering. 

A joy to the palate, redolent with the flavours of home cooking. 

Cream of Seafood

This supreme bisque makes an excellent starter. 

As a sauce, if you cook it down a little, it can be used as the perfect accompaniment for poached or baked fish. 

With more than 22% of seafood and 45% of vegetables, a touch of cream and a dash of brandy, this cream has a deep and intense flavour of the sea. Preservative and gluten free. 

Iberian ham croquettes

The most traditional croquettes. With little pieces of authentic Iberian ham and a delicate bechamel sauce. 

Squid croquettes

An explosive taste of squid in its ink made according to the traditional recipe of our grandmothers. 

Porcini mushroom and truffle croquettes

The flavour of mountain recipes with the elegant aroma of truffle. 

Shrimp croquettes

Made with whole shrimps from Huelva for that unmistakable seafood flavour.

Storage instructions for our products 

Salted and White Anchovies 

Store at between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and
eat within 7 days. 

Soups

Store at between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and
eat within 3 days.

Octopus

Store at between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and
eat within 2 days.

Creamed Soups

Store at between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and
eat within 3 days.

Fish terrines

Store at between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and
eat within 3 days.

Croquettes

Freeze at -18ºC.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
